Anonymous: nope just generally why do you take photos, it was supposed to come out rude so sorry if it did!

I’ve always just loved taking images, I fell in love with it at such a young age and my brother bought me my first SLR two years ago for my birthday, I was so excited. I started taking my camera literally everywhere I went, taking pictures of everyone and everything, I love the whole concept of the camera catching a moment that can last you forever, it makes me feel happy especially because at that point in my life I wasn’t exactly ‘myself’ I guess you could say and my camera was something that truly made me happy. I kind of zone out when I take photographs, I feel as if though I’m in a different world, I have fun with it, I even love the sound the camera makes when it takes a photo and the flash going off. One of my favourite quotes tells you why I love taking photographs.

“The best thing about a picture is that it never changes, even when the people in it do.” - Andy Warhol

Andy makes an excellent point, all people/things I’ve taken pictures off will change in some way but a photo will be the same forever and you can look back on those photos and some may bring back happy memories and some sad but you will always have that memory.

Depends really, I kind of use a bit of everything.

Canon SLR 450D and I use two lenses a 18-55mm and 55-250mm.

Anonymous: you only seem to shoot/ want to shoot tumblr famous people, models and others who have lots or follows. what about shooting normal people? i want to apply and i have potential to model but i am not tumblr famous.

Harmony doesn’t have Tumblr, Ruby I didn’t know had Tumblr until I did a shoot with her, Jordie asked me and I was more than happy to do a shoot with her and Sabrina is a friend of mine. I honestly don’t care if you are Tumblr famous or don’t even have Tumblr. I’m not sure why you assumed that. Any girl or boy can apply!

Anonymous: who are some potential candidates for your photography this year? you have some real talent

I’m assuming you’re talking about future models, I’m going to use Jemimah (themountainboy), Kate (Bleedgold) and hopefully some agency models. I’m going too Queensland on Tuesday and I’d love to do a shoot whilst I’m there but it’s difficult finding a model! Thank you, I’m not convinced just yet, I’ll keep working hard though.
